Who we are
StellaNova Consulting is a strategic management consultancy established by John Weston in October 2004 to work with Private, Public and Voluntary sectors.
StellaNova Consulting key aims are to provide tailored training and development solutions focussing on strategy consulting to boards, executive coaching and leadership and team building training.
What we do
StellaNova Consulting designs and delivers learning programmes that are both group and individually focussed by deploying a range of methodologies to ensure learning effectiveness. For instance, a design and diagnostic phase leading to a series of short courses can be accompanied with a series of 1:1 coaching sessions, small group ‘tutorials’ or ‘learning sets’ which facilitate the integration of the ideas taught and learnt on the courses.
To date StellaNova Consulting has worked in private, public and voluntary sectors delivering executive coaching, consultancy on strategy, consulting on establishing an executive coaching business; workshops on strategy, coaching and mentoring, leadership and team building.
