Executive Coaching
Through the Coaching Process we help clients to reach their potential, with a focus on what they want to achieve now and in the future. We work in partnership with the Sponsoring manager, the StellaNova Consulting Coach and the Client (individual being coached).
We aim, at the outset to establish the corporate agenda as well as the client’s agenda (which are often quite different) and to ‘match’ an appropriate Coach for the assignment.
StellaNova Consulting utilises a portfolio of executive coaches with a broad spread of experience and skills since we believe that it is absolutely crucial to ensure that the ‘match’ between coach and client is a good fit. This involves an in-depth discussion to diagnose the issues and to ensure that the coach is selected most suited to the requirements of the individual and the organisation.
This initial discussion, which is usually free of charge, is used to understand the corporate agenda as well as the individual’s objectives, the level of their existing skills/knowledge/behaviours and their motivation.
Following this initial meeting the coach and client enter into a ‘coaching contract’ which defines the objectives of the coaching programme as well as other issues such as the content, focus, length, number, duration, frequency and location of the sessions.
Typically coaching programmes are either four or six sessions of approximately 2 hours duration over a period of between six and nine months. To avoid distractions and for issues of confidentiality, sessions tend to be held away from the client’s place of work.
